Healthy Hummous

This is one of my favourite foods! I have it with carrot sticks or as part of a salad.

You will need:
1 tin of Chick peas
Extra virgin olive oil (Lots, add until creamy texture)
Two or three garlic cloves
Veg stock half (one small teaspoon)
Tahini (1 -2 tablespoons)
Half a juice of a lemon



Food processor (I use a Magimix).

Whizz up until smooth texture.
Yum!
